These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Alles website and services (digital high school, language learning via app and WhatsApp, and our learning platform). By using our services, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Description of the service

Alles provides educational content and tools powered by artificial intelligence. Features, content and availability may change or be updated over time.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the services lawfully and do not interfere with their operation or security.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some services require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are shown before purchase. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and does not generate a refund for periods already started, unless the law states otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

The content, brand, software and materials of Alles are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

6. Limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Alles is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be available on this page with its last-updated date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in the courts of Saltillo, Coahuila, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
